LandmarkTT Properties Limited is a State enterprise established by the Ministry of Land and Legal Affairs to support the strategic development and productive use of State lands across Trinidad and Tobago. The company was created following Cabinet approval for the establishment of a State Land Investment and Development Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model aimed at bridging the gap between available State lands and the growing demand for high-quality, unsubsidized housing.

Core Responsibilities

The core responsibilities of LandmarkTT include:

  • Identifying strategic locations across the country suitable for residential development
  • Overseeing development activities to ensure compliance with national planning and regulatory frameworks
  • Establishing profit-sharing arrangements and payment models within the PPP structure
  • Managing the marketing and sale of completed residential units

Through these functions, LandmarkTT aims to support national development priorities by increasing access to quality housing, encouraging private sector investment, and ensuring the responsible development of State land assets for the benefit of the people of Trinidad and Tobago.
