LandmarkTT Properties Limited is a State enterprise established by the Ministry of Land and Legal Affairs to support the strategic development and productive use of State lands across Trinidad and Tobago. The company was created following Cabinet approval for the establishment of a State Land Investment and Development Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model aimed at bridging the gap between available State lands and the growing demand for high-quality, unsubsidized housing.
Development Framework
Through this initiative, the Government of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago will partner with private sector investors and developers to transform suitable State lands into fully planned residential communities. These developments are primarily intended to serve mid- to upper-income earners and will contribute to expanding the supply of modern housing options in the country.
